What we did

Our remit was to conduct the necessary acoustic testing on this £18m high end residential development in a conservation area in Central London.

The predominantly sound insulation tests were required to meet building regulation standards for conversions and new builds.

Acoustic features of this project

Of particular importance to our involvement and work on this project was our ability to demonstrate a willingness to work out of hours and be flexible in how we actually conducted the testing.

It was vital to the project’s success within the scheduled timeframe that we fit in with the work of other trades and practices.

The project team
